yes! if you leave it long enough it does a spectacular job x

Anonymous asked: Can you tell me what a normal day of food is for you? :)

during the week this is what a usual day is:

breakfast- green smoothie, fruit smoothie bowl or oatmeal with peanut butter and bananas or greek yogurt with bananas, gluten free granola and stuff:)

lunch- rice paper rolls with turkey or tuna, bean sprouts, lettuce and cucumber OR a salad (with the veggies I have in my fridge that day)

snack- orange

snack2- gluten free crackers with peanut butter, some veggies, nuts

dinner- any lean meat my mother is cooking as well as salad (sometimes quinoa salad)

snack- a yogurt or a soy pudding or some fruit

I also nibble on many things a lot so its hard to say everything I eat in a day haha!:)

Monday brunch:
½ pineapple, kiwi, nectarine, apricot, plum, 2 handfuls of nuts (pistachios + cashews)
& banana(x2)-strawberry-raspberry-basil-spinach smoothie and tea from homegrown mint
